Prior to becoming a doctor, Sheilagh was a professional actress for thirteen years, having graduated from The Neighborhood Playhouse School for the Theatre. It was her profound experience of health recovery from holistic primary care that led Sheilagh from her beloved acting career to her beloved doctoring. She still performs from time to time, writes short stories and Haiku poetry, loves to travel, has a very green thumb and lives in her most-beloved Manhattan since 1981.

I have known Dr. Weymouth for over 15 years. During that time I have appreciated the honesty, wisdom and professional demeanor with which she conducts herself.
