What We Do
The First Visit
It is important for you to spend thoughtful time completing our thorough health history form. Please be
mindful and give us all the information on this form that you can, as the more information we have, the better
we can help you. At our first visit together, we spend a minimum of ninety (90) minutes.*
We begin by
reviewing in detail your health history form together. Once we've finished this initial consultation, we
will give you an examination. We then have the information we need to give you a report of findings, during
which we will explain what we've found. Together we will come up with a treatment plan that best
synchronizes your goals with our recommendations. This treatment plan will include future visits for hands-on
care and supportive consults, as well as further diagnostic testing that may be needed. Finally, we'll give
you your first treatment.
Follow Up Care
Our continuing care visits are booked for a minimum of sixty (60) minutes.* These visits consist of supportive consults where we review your progress since our last visit, answer any questions you might have regarding your home care instructions and provide hands-on treatments specifically designed to help us reach your health goals. Treatments are varied and include Body Integration; Applied and Clinical Kinesiology; Brimhall Technique; gentle Spinal, Cranial and Extremity Chiropractic Adjustments; Traditional Chinese Medicine including No-Needle Acupuncture; Logan Basic Technique; Upledger CranioSacral Therapy; Allergy Desensitization; Erchonia Cold Laser Technique; Nimmo Trigger Point Therapy; Myofascial Release; Upledger Visceral Manipulation; Therapeutic Massage; Sacral Occipital Technique; NeuroEmotional Technique; Injury Recall Technique; Biosonic Repatterning; Chromatherapy; Scar Tissue Neural Therapy, and more.
When indicated, we may make detailed recommendations for nutritional support (including homeopathy, herbs, supplements and food plans); custom made orthotics to support fallen arches, plantar fascitis, bunions, heel spurs, knee and hip dysfunctions; and special exercises, baths or compresses you would use at home to facilitate healing.
If at any time during our work together we determine you need complementary care beyond our scope, we will ask experienced and trusted health care colleagues to join your team.
Pediatric Care
*Pediatric care visits for children without obvious health problems may require less time. Please arrange for a complimentary short phone consult with the doctor prior to booking to determine the length of a visit for your child or teen.

I so appreciate the excellence you express in so many ways including: knowing the importance and being willing to take the time to do by far the most extensive initial intake appointment I've ever experienced; the broad and deep spectrum of multi-faceted, multi-dimensional experience, expertise and modalities you offer; your continuing to expand those modalities; the way your practice is conducted and your office is run. You are a strong leader and facilitator; you are open to collaboration; you make yourself available to speak by phone with your current and potential clients (and that you called to follow-up with me after our initial appointment!); and, you offer referrals to wonderful people and practitioners. In working with you, I have an increased sense of possibility about being able to flesh-out my long-time vision of experiencing radiant health, well-being, balance and abundance. For all this, and much more, I am deeply grateful. Many blessings.
